Odd screen when attempting to download preset for AKAI MPD218

I just downloaded and tested a preset from the website and it works on my MPD218. Can you please let me know what exactly didn’t work? The download itself, unzipping, or loading it onto your MPD218?

I send you a picture from the page I get when I click on a preset to download it. And every preset from akai is the same problem.So I try to download a preset from the korg pad and the download was ok. I have a Mac and I try to download with Safari and with Firefox, it is the same problem.

I checked with FireFox and I get the same issue. Interesting that this never came up before. I know that most people surf the website with Chrome where downloading the file isn’t an issue. I thought I had zipped all these files but now I see I haven’t, so I’ll have to rework when I have a calm moment. Anyway, there is a workaround to this, at least when downloading from a desktop computer. If you right-click on the link and select “save as” (or similar option) then you’ll be able to download without issues. Hope this helps as a first aid.

I made it simple. I pluged my old Windows PC on the net and I could download all the files.
