Hi, I've watched the video. Superior skills there. Please note that this guy doesn't use the XpressPads technique. Nonetheless, it's totally possible to achieve a similar skill level with the technique and course. It's not possible though to guide you towards one or two specific chapters within the XpressPads course; it's rather the recommendation to learn the technique from ground up and exercise frequently. Go chapter-by-chapter, because most of the advanced skills require you to have mastered the basic and intermediate skills. To become as good as the guy in the video, you really need to exercise a lot. I'd say 3 hours per week minimum, stretched over 3 training sessions each week, 100% focussed and concentrated. It's possible to achieve that still level. Cheers! Andreas
