Hi bachiano,
Not sure if I understand correctly. Technique A and B according to their meaning in chapter "IntermediateShuffle Concept" relate to playing techniques for shuffled/swung grooves. What I see in the note example you've provided is a straight groove. I'd play this groove with the regular alternating hands technique (that goes for the 16th notes) and use double-strokes for the 32nd notes.
Best regards
Andreas

Hi Andrea thanks for your answer and apologies,I realize my question was bad formulated. What I meant to ask is if the dead pad solution would be a good one, because when fast the simple double strokes put me out of tempo.here on the pic what i do.what do you think?

I suggest you play the first bar mainly with your leading hand and only play the few 16th notes with your non-leading hand. In the second bar, consistently play the 16th notes with alternating hands and only the 32nd notes as double-strokes (either with the right or left hand, depending on the subdivision of the bar). However, what I see there is that you'll need some advanced double-stroke technique to play the example as the 32nd notes need to be played with "cross-doubles", meaning double strokes that are spread between two pads (kit pieces), which is a bit harder to play than a double-stroke on just one pad. This technique is taught in the Xtreme chapter of the eBook. Not sure if you've arrived at that place already in your training, but this is where the answer to your questions lies.
