Xpresspads Application Won’t Load – heierun.dll error

I’ve downloaded the XpressPads Core Program for PC and unzipped it but when I run the executable, I get the “Loading application, please wait” and then the window closes. I tried running as administrator and when I do that, I get the error message in the attached screenshot. I’ve tried running in compatibility mode as well with different versions of Windows but I get the same error message.

I’m running Windows 10 Pro, build 19041.329. Let me know if there’s anymore info I can provide you or anything I can try to get it to work.

Having the same problem here - Up to date Windows 10 and getting the same error with heirun.dll
Is there a fix yet?
