Pad controllers, hi hat pedal, and no recurring payments

Hi, I’m about to buy your method, I currently own a Steinberg cmc pd and an Ableton Push but I never find them very convenient for drumming. I was sold on the QuNeo, but then I noticed on your core program there’s a mention of a pedal hit hat controller. You cannot connect a pedal on the QuNeo. In fact, it seems like it’s a less and less common feature on the new controllers. I know David Haynes uses a pedal and I love the idea. Even if it’s a more “advanced” technique, I don’t want to close door by buying gear that doesn’t allow me to do this. So what’s available really? I’ve thought about the Korg PadKontrol? I’d really love your input.

Hi […], Thanks for getting in touch! – You can connect the pedal HH controller via a generic midi keyboad. You don’t need a pad controller with an expression pedal input option. Your Quneo will work perfectly, no worries. Best regards, Andreas

Hi again Andreas, I bought your core program yesterday, it is as good as expected. I have some worry though, I just noticed that my bank notified me that I as about to be charged for the first payment of a scheduled payment. I don’t really get it because I thought it was a one time payement? can you confirm it is just paypal being weird and not using the right term?
