Is it possible to retrieve the license?

I purchased the XpressPads eCourse and installed it on two computers. Unfortunately, one of them was broken, so I tried to install the course on a new PC. However, the activation failed because the license had not been deactivated on the broken PC. Is it possible to retrieve the license?
