Thanks for the screenshot.

Such an error has never been reported before. Have you been able to run the program after pressing “ok”? Does that dialogue box show up every time you (try to) run the program?

Which version of Windows do you try to run the program on?

I have window 7, and no I haven’t been able to open it. The message constantly staying up even when I press ok, even after pressing ok button 20 times, I then have to open the task button to get the ok button to close.

Okay, that sounds like a problem I cannot fix on my own. I need to contact the technical support of our eCourse software provider to find a solution with them. This may take a few to several days, and to be honest… I cannot promise you success getting it fixed. Every computer has it’s own specific setup / hardware / software profile, but anyway… I will definitively try.

For the meantime, would you like to get your money back or would you like to wait until the problem is solved? The 30-day money-back guarantee in your case of course starts at the time you are able to use the program, not at your specific purchase date.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes I would like to have a refund, I don’t want to learn drumming anymore, I am taking the MPD226 back to Guitar Center as well this is all too complicated for me.

Hi Darius,

This is what our software provider replied:

This error means that Windows hasn’t got enough free system resources. Your user should try to restart his computer or close other running programs to free resources.
