looking into your courses. I am left-handed. Does your course address modifications for lefties or is it only designed for right handed people?

Hi […], Thanks for getting in touch. The courses are equally suited for left- and right-handed people. The only modification you need to do is to switch the (L)eft / (R)ight signs in your head when you exercise.

Great. I am looking at getting a used M-Audio Trigger Finger (older model). Does that work well in your experience. I am a guitar player looking to learn how to create custom drum tracks for recording.

Sounds great! The legacy Trigger Finger is great for finger drumming. I have two of them and they were the ones I developed the XP technique on. Good, responsive rubber pads, no bells and whistles. They absolutely do work for finger drumming.
