Do the hardware preset files from your website include the eCourse sounds?

I’ve downloaded the hardware preset file for my Akai MPD226 and send it to the the pad but it doesn’t provide the sound files.

From the screenshot you provided I can see that you’re using Big Bang Universal Drums. As this is a different virtual drum kit, you won’t be able to replicate the exact same drum kit sound.

The MPD226 presets are midi presets. No sounds included. They only make sure that you have the correct midi layout on your MPD226. The sounds come from the software (Big Bang library). There you can use the midi learn functionality to get the layout right… and then save this layout as a preset within Big Bang.
