eCourse re-activation after computer crash

Dear Sir,

I have bought the Xpresspads software months ago, and I’ve actived in my desktop computer and laptop computer. It’s great.

But yesterday my desktop computer is cracked, so I have to install windows system again, and I can not active the Xpresspads software. So please help me, how could I need to do?
